A cooling fan working in different environment will have different requires accordingly, mainly have below four choice:
1.When working at intensive care unit,noise must be considered, should choice the big size,low noise,oil bearing.
2.Power supply cooling fan on the locomotive work environment must take below aspects into account: vibration, temperature rise of environment and servise life,should choice the ball bearingunder under the choice condition of demanded vibration, but in the case of vibration should try to choose oil bearing in order to meet the requirement of reliability.
3: A cooling fan power supply voltage must be taken into account in communications cabinet work and dust in the environment, temperature, service life, then try to use ball bearing cooling fans.
4: When cooling fan is working in a dust-free environment must consider departure dust, fan’s own dust mainly produced from volatilization of bearing lubricating oil, then should choose the ball bearing which the oil content is less, at the same time need reduce speed when meet the condition of air volume.
