Fan bearing the reason of abnormal temperature rise has three types: poor lubrication, cooling, bearing abnormal enough.

When the bearing temperature occurs, because the fan running, is difficult to judge bearing has a problem or lubrication, cooling problem. Practice, we should solve the following several aspects:
- Come on if appropriate. Should be in accordance with the requirements for bearing box to work on a regular basis. Sometimes also can appear after bearing oiling the condition of high temperature. Mainly oil too much, when the temperature rising continuously, at some point (generally higher than the normal operating temperature 10 ℃ to 15 ℃), will remain unchanged, and then gradually decline.
- Cooling fan, cooling air flow is insufficient, axial flow fan in the flue gas temperature at 120 ℃ to 240 ℃, bearing box if there is no effective cooling, bearing temperature rise. Simple and auxiliary power saving solution is set up in lateral wheel hub bearing compressed air cooling. When temperature is low can not open compressed air cooling, conversely, open the compressed air cooling at high temperature. After confirm there is no the problem, check the bearing box again.
